Responsibility:

• Plan, organize, and supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for electrical systems and production equipment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical breakdowns to minimize machine downtime and ensure production continuity.

• Maintain and improve electrical systems, including power distribution, motor control centers (MCC), PLCs, VFDs, instrumentation, and utility equipment.

• Analyze equipment failures using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve equipment reliability.

• Monitor maintenance KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, machine availability, and maintenance cost, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Manage maintenance planning, spare parts inventory, and maintenance records through the CMMS or SAP system.

• Coordinate with production, engineering, contractors, and external vendors to execute maintenance projects safely and efficiently.

• Lead electrical installation, modification, commissioning, and improvement projects to enhance machine performance and energy efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, electrical standards, LOTO procedures, and company policies.

• Support TPM, 5S, Kaizen, energy-saving, and continuous improvement activities.

• Prepare technical reports, maintenance documentation, and performance presentations for management.

• Coach and develop technicians by providing technical guidance and on-the-job training.

Requirements and

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or related field

• 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing or foundry environment.

• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLC Siemens, HMI, Electrical device, VFD, Motors, transformers, MDB, and Power distribution.

• Experience in troubleshooting electrical control systems and industrial automation.

• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and reliability engineering.

• Familiar with Root Cause Analysis (RCA), FMEA, and continuous improvement.

• Experience using CMMS or SAP PM.

• Good understanding of TPM, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and safety standards.

• Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to emergency breakdowns.

• Good command of English (reading technical manuals, writing reports, and communicating with overseas suppliers is an advantage).

• TOEIC score 500+ is an advantage

• Able to work in Klaeng, Rayong. (not have shuttle bus)
