Our recruitment process There are four stages in our recruitment process including:

1. Telephone interview with the Talent Acquisition Team to understand your interest and engagement with our organisation
2. Candidate Workshop assessing your logical thinking and suitability for ABeam
3. In office interview with Senior Manager or Director level ABeam members
4. In office final interview with our Managing Director
