JOB RESPONSIBILITY
§Safety And Compliance
§Ensure Safety and Compliance in Logistics operations comprising of DC, Transportation and Trade
§Ensure that operations abide according to Local Safety and 3M Global requirements
§KPI’s
§Owns the KPIs comprising of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Morale within operations of DC, Transport and Trade
§Drive KPIs review and accountability with Service Providers to meet or exceed performances
§Lead and communicate to Logistics teams ( DC, Transportation and Trade ) on clear Customer Focus KPIs ensuring that issues and recovery actions are in place
§Business Support
§Work with the business teams in ensuring that operations deliver values ( Quality, Time and Cost ) to Customers
§Ensure that 3M Revenues are met inline with Business Needs
§Partner with Business Teams in addressing customer concerns and improve by providing service or cost value propositions
§Ensure all Customer Feedbacks are responded with urgency
§LEAN And Continuous Improvement
§Use LEAN as the foundation to improve operations
§Maintain the Culture of Continuous Improvement in operations
§Contribute Yearly LSS Savings through projects and optimization of operations
