Job Descriptions:

• Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, implementation, and execution of innovative supply chain projects.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure that objectives are met within time and budget.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvements.
• Collaborate with IT and Operations to integrate innovative technologies like AI, IoT, and blockchain into supply chain processes.
• Develop KPIs to measure the effectiveness of supply chain innovation projects.
• Report regularly to senior management on project status, and propose strategies for ongoing improvement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management with at least 1 years in a project management role.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes including procurement, production planning, logistics, and inventory management.
• Experience with supply chain software (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS) is a plus
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
