Key Responsibility

• Develop data analytics, identify customer insights, and initiate data-driven business recommendation
• Manage ad-hoc tasks related to stock availability or any Supply Chain KPI
• Define new data collection and analysis processes
• Work alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs. Determine what are the business needs, what problems it is facing and how to optimize to increase supply chain efficiency and improve the profit.
• Using a combination of data and business understanding to turn data into insight, root causing issues, defining problems and designing creative solutions.
• Reporting data accurately and turning it into useful information which has context and supporting narrative.
• Maintaining & developing our suite of insight reports to give our operators and leadership visibility of how the business is performing and what we need to do to improve.
• Work collaboratively stakeholders to find the business implications of the data and the actions that should result or take upon it.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Information Management or any related fields
• Keen to be a data-geek: outstanding analytical skill and inclination for problem-solving
• Have knowledge of data analytics and experience using SQL, Excel (Marco and VBA), Power BI is prefer
• Be results-oriented, have high standards of excellence and attention to detail
• More than 2 years of work experience in Supply Chain Management, Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or MIS. Retail business knowledge is an advantage
• Understanding Database Concepts, procedure and excellent in data analytic tools (e.g. Excel, Macro, Access, Power BI, SQL, VBA, etc.)
