Key Responsibility

• Develop Shop in Shop & CPFM brand & store concept strategy for brand awareness and communication
• Develop Communication Strategy aligned with Corporate and CPF to improve efficient Marketing
• Initiate Sales Promotion Campaigns for increase sales and traffic to stores (Shop in Shop & CPFM)
• Strengthen and build membership base by increasing Line members and social media followers
• Improve O2O sales and contribution to business by liaise with O2O team and commercial team
• Develop projects related to SIS & CPFM brand exposure as well as activity e.g. event, food truck
• Coordinate with CPF for BTL, ATL, OL marketing communication and instore marketing
• Survey retail benchmarks and propose opportunity with idea for better and proactive actions
• Engage with Trade Plans and commercial for monthly campaign with efficient SCR or ROI

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in Marketing, Business Analysis and Management or any related fields.
• Having at least 5 years of experiences in Business Analysis and Planning/ Marketing/ PMO with retail & Space Management/ dynamic business background would be a BIG plus.
