Senior Trade Plan Manager
āļāļĩāđāļāļĄāļ.āļāļĩāļāļĩāđāļāđāļāļāđāļāļĢāđāļē (āđāļĨāļāļąāļŠ)- Lead and developing promotional analysis for PGRS
- Develop trade plans & activities
- Experiences in retail, customer
Key Responsibility
- Set up and agree on full year calendar / plan
- Review, plan and deliver exciting and relevant trading activities and promotions for customers delivering the sales targets that are simple for stores and stakeholders to implement
- Propose and review trade activities, competitorsâ performance and making recommendations
- Develop full year briefs and representing in Trade Plan meeting
- Lead and support communication meetings, selection meetings, and corporate events and developing promotional analysis for PGRS for all categories
- Challenge trade activity to meet customersâ need and saves budget
- Develop trade plans & activities, Event calendar, supporting preparation of reports and etc.
Qualifications
- Extensive commercial experiences, ideally within a retail and/or multi-sites consumer business
- Extensive background in retail customers and trade promotion planning would be preferable
- Experience in working cross functionally to deliver large step change projects with proven track record in the delivery of objectives
- Data analysis and interpretation both qualitative and quantitative
- Strong leadership; Resilience and Collaboration
