Key Responsibility:

• Manage and improve last mile delivery operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and control logistics networks aligned with service requirements, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Plan logistics strategies and deliver business outcomes through strong KPIs and continuous improvement culture.
• Coordinate daily operations and liaise with transportation service providers to maintain service quality.
• Initiate operational and contingency plans to handle peak or fluctuating order volumes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Support communication and teamwork across departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Understanding of transportation business, 3PL providers, or related industries.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in last mile delivery, e-commerce logistics, or transportation operations is preferred.
