Key Responsibility:

Workforce Standards & Performance Analysis

• Conduct time studies to establish engineered labor standards for retail operations.
• Analyze tasks, motion, methods, workload, and ergonomics to define operational benchmarks.
• Identify process improvement initiatives and recommend headcount targets.
• Develop store-level payroll budgets based on labor standards and forecasted workload.
• Measure and monitor productivity and efficiency; publish regular reports with executive summaries highlighting key risks and opportunities.

Execution, Support & Collaboration

• Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams (Operations, HR, Finance) on time study and manpower improvement projects.
• Balance time effectively between office-based planning and on-site fieldwork to understand real operational needs.
• Provide practical workforce solutions and tools for store teams based on actual observations.
• Lead or support projects and initiatives as assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or related field (Industrial Engineering preferred).
• Experience in manpower planning, time study, and process improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Good planning, organizing, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Computer literacy and good command of English.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or project management methodologies is a plus.
• Experience with Power BI or advanced Excel skills is highly desirable.
