B2B Sales Development Manager (Pricing)
ที่โลตัส (เอก-ชัย ดิสทริบิวชั่น ซิสเทม จำกัด)- Sales/Key Account - Business to Organization.
- Product maintenance & support service for CPF.
- Experience in retail business.
Key Responsibility
- Product maintenance and support service for CPF Vendor (chicken, pork, eggs, sausages and RTE).
- Add in new items and delete non perform items.
- Price survey for product in fresh market for set up selling price.
- Set up selling prices by channel, such as small-large restaurants, hotels, fresh shops, etc., in order to achieve profits according to the specified standards.
- Review and update cost , selling prices and profit , in case of an abnormal in sales which may cause negative margin.
- Analyze sales strategy including product presentation to customers together with sales team
- Understanding product information in order to push and bring further development and product development
- Analyze data on product price trends that are taken care of and strategize together with the sales team for increase sales according to the organization's goals
- Manage sales and profits together with the zone manager for the ultimate goal of the company
- Providing products and support other project and work with zone manager .
- Problem-solving and Decision-making Skills (Pricing and Product)
- Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and teamwork
- Able to work under pressure and within specific timeline
- Multi-functional/skill
- Other task might be assigned
Qualification
- Bachelor degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration and Management or any related fields.
- Have experience in retail business is a plus
- At least 3 years experience in Sales, Merchandising, Key Account Management.
- At least 3 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement or related work
- Negotiation skill
- Work under pressure
- Excellent Excel skills (Vlookup, Pivot table) and other MS Office
- Have a analytical thinking skills and able to apply strategies to work
