Champion all aspect of E-Business distribution channels for the Hotel via third party partners by maximizing hotels revenue and market share.

• Key account manager for all existing and potential web-based distribution partners, commonly known as third party vendors.
• Conduct appropriate sales calls and effective communication with third party vendors to ensure the hotels market share is maximized and goals are achieved.
• Ensure to build and maintain the best relationship with the third party vendors.
• Work with the Revenue Manager to ensure rates on all e-channels are appropriately aligned with other markets to maximize revenues for the hotel.
• Research Competitor sites constantly to keep abreast on industry trends and best practice.
• Develop specific promotional plans for existing third party vendors in order to maximize our market share.
• Track third party vendor production and understanding our market share from each vendor with the objective of raising revenues and market share overtime.
• Ensure Centara's 'Best Rate Guarantee' policy across all on-line channels.
• Ensure hotel information is correct on all internet channels to ensure consistency and the best market positioning of our brand.
• Prepare monthly reports for management on web performance business production, market share, trends and business opportunities.

• Bachelor degree with 1-2 years experience with OTA
• Strong English communication skill
• Strong administrative skills, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop effective motivational strategies
• Computer literate
• Good health, mature and pleasant personality and neat appearance
