Location: Chonburi/Rayong, Thailand Position Summary: Oversee and manage all soft services operations including cleaning, security coordination, waste management, landscaping, and administrative support services to maintain a professional, safe, and compliant data center environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage soft services contracts and vendor performance Supervise housekeeping, security coordination, and support staff Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards Develop and implement soft services policies and procedures Manage budgets and control costs for soft services operations Coordinate with hard services teams for integrated facility management Monitor service quality and implement improvement programs Handle pest control, waste management, and environmental programs Manage access control coordination and visitor management systems Conduct regular inspections and audits of soft services areas Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field 4-6 years of experience in facilities management with focus on soft services Experience in data center or mission-critical environments preferred Strong vendor management and negotiation skills Knowledge of safety, security, and environmental compliance requirements Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills Budget management experience Proficiency in English and Thai Location: –Bangkok, THA If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.
