Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree or MBA in a relevant field. 7–10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Experience in rare diseases, oncology, specialty care, or related fields. At least 5 years of experience in marketing and/or promotional activities. Demonstrated ability to manage, develop, and lead teams. Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare and/or managed markets. Experience in sales and/or sales leadership. Comprehensive understanding of the local and global healthcare environment. Proven track record of success in healthcare business management and commercial performance.
