Tracking and control performance of new technicians to guarantee quality
Improve competency for partner's supervisor and training
On site audit to do misery quality assurance.

Qualifications

Education (Degree / Major) : Engineer/ IT Related.
Training experience required : IT & Network knowledge, Problem Solving, Customer Handling, Communication skill.
Working experience (Necessary fields / Years): Outside plant work/Last miles/0-4 Y.
Expert area(s) required : Network engineer, Outside pant
