- Lead the technical design, implementation, validation and handover to customer/support teams for on-premises, cloud and hybrid Microsoft/VMWare/Amazon/SAP solutions including but not limited to: â
- Azure Active Directory and Azure AD Connect
- Microsoft 365 and Microsoft 365 Security Configuration â including Exchange, OneDrive for Business, and Teams, in both on-premise and hybrid deployments â voice experience is also an advantage
- Designing and configurating Microsoft Identity and Information protection technologies â ideally DLP, Azure IP/RMS, Data Labelling and Classification or Enterprise Mobility Security services
- Microsoft Authentication Technologies including Always on VPN, MFA, SSO (experience of FIM/MIM is advantageous)
- Windows Server 2012, 2016 and 2019
- Azure/Amazon IaaS/PaaS and SaaS services including Back-up and DR
- Be able to work independently and cross-collaborate working in a fast-paced environment where technology and customer requirements change regularly
- Demonstrate a technical aptitude for providing extraordinary customer service, be able to influence while problem solving and build client and partner relationships
- Possess a passion for continuous learning, strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking and good judgement
- Work with other key areas of the business to support cross-training/up-skilling as required.
- Act as technical escalation point where necessary as part of a technical support escalation or managed service query.
- Be able to apply product & technology knowledge to improve Microsoft products and the customer experience.
- At least 5 years of hunter-type sales experience selling telecoms/ cloud-based solutions to enterprises.
- Microsoft, Amazon, VMWare, SAP, RPA, SQL Server, Oracle, or Cloud Computing experience is mandatory.
- Proven success in prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle, proposing, presenting, and closing deals with C-level and other decision-makers.
- Willingness to travel on company business on an as needed basis with short notification.
- A seasoned sales professional with a hunter mentality, self-starter, and ready to hit the ground running with existing relationships.
- A self-disciplined person who is organized and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Creative problem solver and a strong ability to organically identify use cases based on customer challenges.
- A proactive and can-do attitude with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
