Job Title: Senior Associate, Sales Account Management (General Trade)- Bkk

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Department: Sales

Summary:

As the Senior Associate, Sales Account Management, you will be responsible to manage the General Trade channel and lead a team of distributor sales force to achieve the sales target in your assigned territories within Bkk area taking care of 2 distributors

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build strong working relationship with distributor sales team
• Build and develop the capability of sales personnel
• Motivate sales team to achieve the agreed monthly distribution and promotion target
• Conduct market analysis and sales analysis through basic data processing
• Implement SC Johnson (SCJ) initiatives / launches with speed and effectiveness

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

• Bachelors in Economic, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience as sales personnel in the FMCG industry
• Experience in managing distributor and highly mobile to travel within Thailand

Job Requirements:

• Permanent – full-time job
