About the role
We’re looking for a local Champion in Talent Development to partner with the HR Director, local HR team, and line management in driving organizational efficiency while reinforcing our vision, values, and business strategies.
Key focus areas include:
Evaluation Management – ensuring fair and effective performance and talent assessment programs (PDR, Strengthen Bench, Career Monitor).
Education & Training – building competencies through structured training and development initiatives.
Organizational Development & Communication – fostering a competitive organization and embedding company culture through clear, impactful communication.
This role is central to shaping talent, strengthening our bench, and driving culture the RB way.
Your responsibilities
Manpower Planning & Talent Development Partner with management and functional heads to identify key talent, implement succession planning, and create career development opportunities, including cross‑functional and international moves.
Performance Management & Training Lead performance evaluation processes (PDR), ensure timely execution of development/improvement plans, and design training strategies aligned with company vision. Implement programs to build current and future skills, while maintaining global performance systems.
Organization & Culture Development Embed company vision and values through programs and events, design effective organizational processes, and support management in making sound people and process decisions.
Internal Communication Provide clear, consistent communication on policies, procedures, and company direction. Develop platforms and programs that strengthen employee understanding of the business and reinforce corporate culture.
Employee Engagement Act as employee advocate, offering advice on policies and personnel matters. Monitor morale, implement engagement surveys, and execute action plans to enhance loyalty and satisfaction. Support management in resolving employee issues and improving workplace climate.
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor degree (either majored in Business Administration, Economic, Social Science, Psychology or Law)
- At least 3 years of experience in HR Professional in an multinational company with well-established HR departments and practices and/or in international HR consulting firm
- Proficient communication in English and Thai for presentation level
- Willing to work on a contract.
