• Source and negotiate with international fashion brands and suppliers.
• Develop seasonal buying plans based on sales forecasts and market trends.
• Select product assortments that align with the company's target customers.
• Manage import purchasing processes, including pricing, shipping, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock turnover.
• Analyze sales performance, margins, and customer demand to improve buying decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brand principals and suppliers.
• Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, logistics, finance, and retail teams.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and promotional support with suppliers.
• Monitor competitors, fashion trends, and emerging brands to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure products comply with company standards and import regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in fashion buying, merchandising, or brand management.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends and consumer behavior.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Strong analytical and financial planning abilities.
• Experience with inventory planning and Open-to-Buy (OTB) is an advantage.
• Fluent in English
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
