The Mall Group is hiring an experienced Buyer for many positions.  If you are from Logistic, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields, you are welcomed to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Assist and work closed with Head of Buyer in co-ordinate and manage all works.
• Prepare or create reports such as sales & inventory, promotion, margin, vendor performance from raw database to support commercial team for business trade analysis
• Maintain supplier data per procedure and approved process.
• Follow-up for data and other system related requests, to meet deadlines.  
• Provide administrative support for all supplier related requests, coordinate with internal procurement teams on SAP related supplier conversions and any other task as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Logistic, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• 1 - 3 years’ experience in merchandise, buyer, sourcing or related field.
• Experience in Retail, FMCG, Home appliance or related fields.
• Good analytical & problem-solving skills, planning skills, numerical skills.
• Can do SAP, Vlook up or Pivot and MS office.
• Perform the work well under pressure and multi-tasking.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
