Your main role is to:

• Responsible for supporting in all required documents and document preparations for foreign employee's Visa and Work Permit Application regarding to BOI and IEAT regulations.

• Manage Visa and Work Permit issuance & extension for foreign employee's including their supported families.

• Ensuring to pre-notify 90 days report to immigration.

• Keep up to date information on foreign employment rules and regulations.

• Provide assistances in other related administrative matters.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in any related fields.

• 1 year of experience in working with foreigners (Fresh graduates are welcome)

• Good communication skills in English and Chinese. (Communications Level)

• Computer literate (Email, MS Offices: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

• Knowledge the Single Window for visa and work permit is plus
