• Performing as the first and second level support to gathers the issues/data for problems reproduction.
• Provide application services (functional and consult)
• Identifying issue scope, expected result, and issue severity.
• Investigating technical production issues raised by Call center agent or Internal User and swiftly provide a workaround/resolution within the defined SLA.
• Engage appropriate internal resources to resolve technical issues and update our customers on progress toward resolution.
• Working closely with Development/Product team to understand new features, configurations and elements to be deployed in each release.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 3-4 years of working experiences as application support.
• Knowledge in UNIX, Shell, Oracle Forms, Oracle Report will be advantage.
• Knowledge in Oracle database, SQL language is must.
• Knowledge in basic SQL query and XML API request/response.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• English is a must. Good English verbal communication.
• Good attitude, Open Minded, Calm & Friendly and Service mind.
• Able to work under pressure.
