Job Descriptions:

1. Leadership & Team Management: Oversee the Cloud Platform, DevOps, and DevSecOps teams. Provide leadership, mentorship, and set performance targets.

2. Cloud Management: Ensure the performance, cost efficiency, scalability, and resilience of our cloud platforms. Manage deployments, automation, and maintenance of our cloud-based production system.

3. DevOps Management: Drive the implementation and improvement of DevOps procedures. Foster a culture of continuous integration and delivery through the use of automation tools.

4. DevSecOps Implementation: Embed security as a shared responsibility within the development team. Oversee the integration of security controls, defense measures, and compliance validations within the DevOps lifecycle.

5. Strategy & Planning: Develop and maintain the strategic technical roadmap for the organization's cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and DevSecOps practices.

6. Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate closely with product managers, software engineers, and executives to align technical capabilities with business objectives.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required.
2. Previous experience as a team lead or relevant managerial position in IT, specifically in managing cloud platforms, DevOps, and DevSecOps is required.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
4. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
