• Verify and check supplier invoices.
• Prepare voucher for purchase ledger, JV.
• Enter voucher into Accounting System.
• Verify unit price / QTY with PO.
• Verify documents – Tax invoices.
• Check address for VAT report-Purchase VAT.
• Check each suppliers & reconcile creditors.
• Recording MDN
• Accrued expense
• Match & posting to GL- Sun System.
• Check scrap weight and issue tax invoice for sale scrap.

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
• 3-5 years' experience up in accounting.
• Good in English communication skill.
• Able to operate computer both general application and specific accounting package
• software.
