• Present product collections and promotions to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Manage customer care services, including jewelry repairs, resizing, and cleaning.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure inventory accuracy.

• Participate in professional training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales expertise.
