Key Responsibilities

Manage sales forecasts, annual budgets, and SKU planning. Coordinate with CSE and Operations on production planning, order fulfillment, and delivery updates. Manage product phase-in/phase-out activities and support customer factory visits. Maintain relationships with international customers through calls, emails, and virtual meetings. Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and transfer pricing (TP) data. Update price lists, SAP data, and quotation databases. Drive process improvements to enhance sales operations efficiency. Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer and business requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Export Sales, or related roles. HVAC industry experience preferred. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with international customers. Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Good command of written and spoken English. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
