Lead and govern SAP MM delivery for PTT Group and external customers across

SAP Material Management

. Own end-to-end execution from solution shaping to delivery and run, ensuring

on-time/on-budget

, high service quality, and strong customer satisfaction through effective leadership of internal teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery and governance for SAP MM programs/projects (scope, plan, RAID, quality gates, cutover, go-live, hypercare).

Lead SAP MM solution design: facilitate workshops, define to-be processes, perform gap analysis, and ensure integration readiness with related SAP/non-SAP systems.

Manage delivery capacity: allocate internal SAP resources, align cross-functional teams, set priorities, and remove blockers to meet milestones and service levels.

Lead and develop team capability: coaching, skill-gap assessment, role clarity, and development roadmap to continuously improve delivery quality.

Control project financials: budgeting, cost tracking, vendor cost control, and forecasting with clear trade-off recommendations.

Vendor management: define deliverables/acceptance criteria and SLA; enforce quality, timeline, and contract compliance across projects and operations/support.

Drive operational excellence for AMS/Support: incident/problem/change management, defect triage, stabilization, and continuous improvement.

Apply leading practices and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations for procurement and supply chain processes.

Manage customer relationship and expectations, aligning scope, timeline, budget, and quality.

Drive governance and proactive communication (status/RAID/decisions) to control risks/issues and maintain confidence.

Resolve stakeholder conflicts across business/IT/vendors and ensure high customer satisfaction through value-focused delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Science such as Computer Science, MIS,IT (GPA not less than 2.75), or Engineering majors such as Computer Engineering, IT Engineering (GPA not less than 2.5), or other majors with a GPA not less than 3.00. A Master's degree is preferable.

10+ years

experience in

SAP MM

(Material Management) or related areas, including integrated non-SAP systems.

4+ full life-cycle

SAP implementations as

Functional Lead / Project Lead / Delivery Lead / Technical Lead

Proven client-facing experience managing enterprise-scale implementations for SAP MM and integrated SAP/non-SAP landscapes.

Strong functional consulting skills: workshop facilitation, process analysis, solution design, integration coordination, and end-user enablement/training—following established configuration principles.

Experience supporting delivery and operations (implementation support, bug fixes, customer support/AMS).

Strong communication and ability to work under pressure; effective engagement with PTT Group stakeholders.

Strong command of English in both reading and speaking, with a minimum TOEIC score of ุ650 (must be obtained before signing the contract with the company).
