Job Description

• Training & Execution - Conduct training sessions and ensure execution standards for all butchery products, including processed butchery, in a minimum of 20 stores.

- Monitor and support store-level butchery operations by preparing and submitting a daily tracking report.

• Equipment, Machinery, Store Layout
  - Lead the identification and implementation of equipment and machinery needs. - Drive layout adjustments in stores to improve workflow and overall productivity.

• Loss & shrinkage control
  - Take ownership of implementing and monitoring loss and shrinkage control measures within the butchery area. - Provide regular updates and corrective actions to minimize financial impact.

Qualification

• Minimum 3 years of direct experience in the retail business
• Strong knowledge and expertise in butchery
• Practical knowledge of butchery operations and equipment usage
• Proven expertise in meat cutting, including advanced cutting techniques, product knowledge, and process innovation in butchery
