The Reservation Agent – Chinese Speaking is responsible for managing room reservations and enquiries while providing professional and personalized service to Chinese-speaking guests and clients. The role supports room revenue and occupancy through accurate reservation handling, effective upselling, and timely follow-up. Working closely with Front Office, Sales, Revenue, and other departments, the position ensures a seamless booking experience and maintains the highest standards of Anantara guest service. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, with strong spoken and written Mandarin proficiency, including the ability to read and write Simplified Chinese. Not the right fit?
