หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ (Key Responsibilities)
- ให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับสินค้าและบริการของแบรนด์แก่ลูกค้าอย่างมืออาชีพ
- สร้างประสบการณ์การซื้อที่ดีและสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้า
- วิเคราะห์ความต้องการของลูกค้าและนำเสนอสินค้าที่เหมาะสม
- ดูแลยอดขายให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่บริษัทกำหนด
- ดูแลความเรียบร้อยของพื้นที่ขายและการจัดวางสินค้าให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของแบรนด์
- อัปเดตความรู้เกี่ยวกับสินค้า คอลเลกชันใหม่ และเทรนด์ด้านไลฟ์สไตล์อยู่เสมอ
- สนับสนุนกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายและแคมเปญการตลาดของร้าน
- จัดการข้อร้องเรียนหรือปัญหาของลูกค้าอย่างเหมาะสมและรวดเร็ว
- ดูแลสต็อกสินค้าเบื้องต้น และประสานงานกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
คุณสมบัติ (Qualifications)
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย / ปวช. ขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานขาย Retail, Fashion, Lifestyle หรือ Customer Service จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- บุคลิกภาพดี มีทักษะการสื่อสารและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
- มีใจรักงานบริการและสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- มีความสนใจด้านแฟชั่น ไลฟ์สไตล์ หรือเทรนด์สินค้า
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะ รวมถึงวันเสาร์-อาทิตย์ และวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ได้
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเบื้องต้นได้ (หากสื่อสารได้ดีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
