ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

• Establish new market/ customers in compounded engineering plastics for non-commodity applications (Target in automotive and electronic customers) in Indonesia.
• Conduct market research and analysis to gain insight into market competition and trends.
• Identify potential customers. Describe technical functions and specification of products to clients.
• Develop and propose strategic partnership model related to product development resolution.
• Develop marketing strategy. Seek for potential suppliers. Execute purchase and sale with suppliers and customers.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Technology, Polymer Science, Petroleum / Petrochemical Technology, other Engineering discipline or Economics

EXPERIENCE

• At least 5-7 years, experience in marketing with strongly understanding of management in polymer business or related. Area of polymer compounder/ compositor companies for engineering polymer is advantageous.
• Deep understand in international business trade especially in Indonesia, Vietnam
• Strong analytical skill for market information as well as initiate new/better approaches to ensure that the right making decision take place.
• Possess strong English command, negotiation skill, logical thinking, service mind, good communication skills
