Warehouse Senior Supervisor

Location: Bang Sao Thong, Samut Prakan
Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 baht per month
Employment Type: Full time
Work Schedule: Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Managing an outbound warehouse facility and supervising daily operations
- Managing order fulfillment for branches and home delivery services
- Maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts and annual physical inventories
- Developing team capabilities to boost productivity
- Coordinating with branches, planning teams, and inbound operations to ensure efficient product delivery
- Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and environmental standards
- Implementing work procedures
- Supporting new product launches and promotional activities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field
- At least 3 years of warehouse management experience with team leadership
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Basic English communication skills (reading and writing)
Preferred:
- Experience with process improvement initiatives in warehouse operations
