• Create yearly strategy, working plan, division development plan to align with company strategy.
• Oversee the design, development, and launch of new products and services.
• Manage the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring efficient and effective delivery.
• Control on product specification, cost and forecast to meet the plan.
• Provide the budget plan which cover in all expenses and cost control plan.
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the product development team, supporting their professional growth and development include able to coach team on product specification, cooking process, cooking process of operation to adapt into SOP training tools, production flow and critical controlling points.
• Propose product or menu selling price which align with strategy.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communication teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and align on brand messaging.
• Keep all the company information's as a very confidential.
• What we're looking for.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in food and beverage industry.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully launching new products or services and driving business growth.
• Proven ability to think strategically, identify market opportunities, and translate insights into actionable product roadmaps.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and inspire diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (Thai-English), with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with marketing and communication principles, with the ability to align product development with broader brand strategy.
• Passion for innovation, customer-centricity, and a relentless drive to deliver exceptional results.
• Able to design on product development working plan, cooking process from lab scale to factory expansion.
• Knowledge expert in Raw material, Food supply chain, Recipe development, Raw material qualitative.
• Knowledge experience Food safety, GSP HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 9001.
• Fluent in sensory experience.
• Able to travel.
