• ROV is a national-level mobile MOBA, consistently among the top competitive mobile titles in the market by playerbase. ROV's KOL ecosystem is one of the most important network we have in Thailand it shapes how the game is perceived, defended, and grown across the community. This role owns that ecosystem end-to-end. • KOL Portfolio Strategy.
• Own ROV's KOL portfolio strategy with an active view on portfolio resilience tier concentration, dependency risk, coverage gaps, and long-term ecosystem health.
• Build a data-driven evaluation framework covering reach, engagement, brand fit, cost efficiency, performance, and controversy risk.
• Keep a clear read on the wider creator landscape so ROV stays the most attractive home for the creators we care about.
• Head & Established KOL Relationships.
• Be the primary point of contact for ROV's top creators handling day-to-day communication, feedback loops, and issue resolution across campaigns and non-campaign windows alike.
• Understand each key creator's business, audience, content direction, and personal goals well enough to make ROV's collaboration proposals genuinely relevant to them.
• Ensure existing KOLs are effectively activated across campaigns, product launches, and community moments.
• Own contract, renewal, exclusivity, deliverables, payment, and compliance workflows.
• KOL Incubation & Growth.
• Own the incubation pipeline from player to creator to KOL.
• Actively push identified creators up the tier ladder through campaign inclusion, resource allocation, coaching, and cross-platform exposure with concrete tier-migration outcomes as the measure of success.
• Expand the total ROV KOL ecosystem, both in creator count and in tier depth to build a more resilient portfolio.
• Coach creators on content quality, audience growth, and business fundamentals.
• Campaign Integration.
• Translate campaign objectives into KOL-specific briefs, angles, and content direction.
• Coordinate KOL activations with Campaign Owners based on campaign calendar, seasonality, and product launches.
• Performance & Governance.
• Own KOL performance tracking reach, engagement, cost efficiency, quality score, campaign ROI.
• Run post-campaign KOL evaluation and feed learnings back into future selection and planning.

• Must-Have.
• KOL / Talent management experience.
• 1-2+ years managing KOLs, influencers, creators, talent, or partnerships, with hands-on ownership, not just coordination.
• Fluent in social media platforms, content formats, engagement metrics, and creator audience dynamics.

• Able to build and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs, creators, agencies, and talent partners that hold up over years, not campaigns.

• Able to navigate effective conversations with creators finding solutions that work for both sides, holding the line where it matters, and protecting the relationship through it.

• Able to spot high-potential creators early and actively drive their growth into higher performance.

• Able to assess KOLs across reach, engagement, brand fit, cost efficiency, content quality, and risk.
• Performance Tracking.
• Able to evaluate KOL performance rigorously and translate results into sharper selection and planning.
• Game understanding.
• Genuine depth on ROV: current meta, dominant comps, recent patch impact, what the community is actually talking about.
• Diamond-tier play is a common baseline; Conqueror is a plus.
• Active follower of the ROV creator ecosystem on YouTube and TikTok able to name the top ROV KOLs, describe their content styles, and articulate what makes each one work.
• Language & location.
• Native Thai speaker with basic English.

• Experience managing a KOL portfolio across multiple tiers (mega, macro, micro, emerging).
• Experience building creator loyalty programs, community activities, or long-term creator engagement plans.
• Experience tracking competitor KOL movements, poaching, and exclusivity management.
• Experience with paid media collaborations or agency-managed KOL buys.
• Working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese useful for tapping regional playbooks and cross-market collaboration.
• AI-native ways of working.
• Using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or workflow-level tools) in day-to-day work analysis.
• Can point to at least one concrete example where AI helped you or your team solve a real problem.
