Job Purpose
Implement and support the project as well as study business requirement, review functional specification, develop test plan and test scenarios, perform UAT and verify result, train users for new system functionality, and support and response to inquiries during post implementation. Retest and confirm UAT result to authorize implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and write the requirement as needed or required by user and review functional specification.
- Collects and analyses data and specifies user requirement, prioritize the requirement need and suggest the other solution which better support in achieve objectives.
- Develop a document for E2E system testing plan, UAT cycle and test scenarios to ensure all requirements will be tested and get the result as expectation include to control the timeline and solve the problem in UAT
- Develop project testing schedule and facilitate and work with project team to ensure that all business requirement are captured, implement and UAT properly within agree timeline
- Summary UAT log to communicate with team and follow up fixing until complete UAT and sign off
- Feedbacks on progress and their questions or find out the right solution
- Establish System manual for support user
- Conduct user training
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs Degree in computer science, computer engineer or computer related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in Life insurance. Agile working experience preferred. Total minimum 3 years experience in IT field.
