Job Purpose

Develop, design, and improve existing reports, dashboards, and processes to add value. Find innovative technologies to obtain accurate data and expedite the creation and analysis of reports and dashboards, ensuring timely delivery to the management team. Analyze and present materials related to business training activities, and provide regular communication support to ensure trainers are aligned with key initiatives and actions to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, design, and improve existing reports, dashboards, and processes to add value.
• Identify innovative technologies to obtain accurate data and expedite the creation and analysis of reports and dashboards, ensuring timely delivery to the management team.
• Implement technology solutions to support Business Training, including prototype learning and testing.
• Create, maintain, and communicate training evaluation reports, dashboards, and presentation materials, such as the monthly BTC dashboard, using analytics software and data visualization tools like MS Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and MS Access.
• Collect, analyze, and report on training data to identify trends and insights for program improvement.
• Design data management systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Analyze and present materials related to business training activities.
• Provide regular communication support to ensure trainers are aligned with key initiatives and actions to achieve business targets.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to senior management to enhance training programs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
