Key Responsibilities:

Delivering customer service and educational consulting, driving sales expansion across branch locations, training counselors on international programs and company products, outreach to schools to arrange counseling events for prospective international students, public presentation of international program admission procedures, completing assigned tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum one year of customer service experience, strong written and verbal English proficiency, good communication and interpersonal skills, customer service commitment described as essential, capacity to work weekends during peak periods (essential requirement), ability to function effectively under pressure (essential), educational consulting competency. Additional Assets: Experience in education counseling provides a competitive advantage, though it's not mandatory.
