About the role:

As an HR & Admin Officer with Chinese communication skills, you will play a key role in managing HR functions and administrative tasks while bridging communication between teams and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking clients or team members.
  • Support administrative tasks such as document preparation, filing, and office management.
