We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven marketing professional to support our Food Ingredients business by planning and executing channel marketing activities across HORECA and Trader segments.
This role focuses on driving sales growth, strengthening product positioning, and delivering effective trade campaigns, events, and product launches aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute channel marketing initiatives to support the Food Ingredients portfolio
• Manage trade promotions, communication materials, and campaign execution for HORECA and Trader channels
• Coordinate industry events, trade shows, distributor meetings, chef workshops, and booth activations
• Support new product launches by preparing sales tools, technical materials, and training coordination with R&D / Application teams
• Monitor trade activities and analyze sell-in / sell-out performance trends
• Track marketing effectiveness including sales uplift, GP impact, and campaign ROI
• Prepare performance reports and support business metrics tracking
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, QA, and external partners to ensure seamless execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Food Science, Business, or related field
• Experience in B2B marketing, food ingredients, FMCG, or food service industry preferred
• Familiarity with HORECA or distributor channel dynamics is an advantage
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
