SAP Academy (New Graduated)

Program Overview: BJC is excited to announce the opening of our SAP Academy program, designed to nurture and develop the next generation of SAP professionals. We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated new graduates who are eager to embark on a career in the field of SAP. This comprehensive program offers hands-on training, mentorship, and the opportunity to work on real-world SAP projects, providing a solid foundation for a successful career in SAP consultancy and implementation.

Responsibilities :

• Participate in a structured training program covering various aspects of SAP.
• Engage in hands-on learning and practical assignments to understand SAP modules and functionalities.
• Collaborate with experienced SAP consultants and mentors on real-world projects.
• Assist in the analysis, design, and implementation of SAP solutions.
• Develop a deep understanding of business processes and how they are supported by SAP systems.
• Contribute to team meetings and present findings and progress.
• Continuously improve SAP skills through ongoing learning and development activities.

Qualifications :

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related field. GPA: Minimum 3.00
• Graduation Year: Recently graduated or expecting to graduate within the current academic year.
• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of ERP systems; familiarity with SAP is a plus but not required.
• Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in SAP.
