Paralegal (Legal Officer)
ที่เดนท์สุ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด- To focus on compliance and administrative works
- Proving legal comments on local contracts including handling legal documents of local clients
- Implement, promote, and enforce the Compliance in Thailand.
- Responsible for facilitating and monitoring the Company's compliance with local regulations and its own related policies.
- Educate and train employees and business on compliance and legal issues.
- Assist with compliance monitoring exercises and/or investigations in DAN Thailand.
- Managing databases e.g. forms of contracts, updated corporate documents and structures and litigation cases
- Updating legal news and regulations in relation to our business including announcing interesting legal issues to brand leads
- Dealing with administrative works in legal function
- At least 2-4 years in a legal and compliance.
- Well organized and detail oriented, with professionalism. Exhibits high degree of ethics and integrity.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently and be part of a team, able to build relationships across and outside the organization.
- Communicates effectively to a diverse audience at multiple levels within the Company through various formats, i.e., presentations, reports, correspondence, face-to-face dialogue, etc.
- Fluency in English and Thai language
