Job description
- Facilitate JAD sessions with customer, developers and managers to communicate updates and coordinate system issue resolutions
- Being client-facing and manage projects related to website development, data management, and leads processing workflow
- Able to give technical recommendation and explain technical jargon to non-technical/commercial teams
- Develop presentations and proposals based on business issue and challenges from commercial or business team
- Define digital marketing metrics and relevant data sources to select, configure and implement analytics reports or solutions
- Analyzing collected data and preparing reports for commercial team to use in a business setting
- Interview business users, generate requirement documents, test plans and coordinated/conduct UAT
- Perform UAT development, scenario testing, and provide deployment and post-deployment support while mitigating potential risks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or computer science
- 2-3 years of experience in technical project management or analyst
- Strong knowledge in digital marketing / digital media
- Excellent command of English – verbal and written
- Enthusiastic, rationale and systematic thinking, and challenge taker
