What Youâll Do
- Lead end-to-end account management, from taking client briefs to overseeing flawless campaign execution.
- Build strong, strategic relationships with senior clients and provide proactive business recommendations.
- Develop and guide integrated campaign strategies across ATL, digital, social, and performance media.
- Work closely with internal creative, strategy, media, production, and analytics teams to deliver bestâinâclass work.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and internal workflow to ensure project excellence.
- Lead and mentor account servicing team members to achieve high performance.
- Drive business growth through opportunity spotting and strategic planning.
What Weâre Looking For
- 8 years of experience in an advertising, digital, or integrated agency.
- Proven experience managing major accounts
- Strong background in integrated communication and digital media.
- Exceptional client-handling and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and manage multiple workstreams.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
