Position Description

InnoFoods is looking for a graduate with strong interpersonal skills, excellent English, a pro-active work ethic and friendly manner.

Salary Package

• Starting salary of 18,000 THB per month, plus bonus.
• Salary will increase based on the skills you acquire while working with us.
• 5 working days per week.
• Friendly working environment.
• Premium office location less than 100 metres from the Asoke BTS and Sukhumvit MRT stations. 

General Requirements

• A passion for good food
• Thai nationality aged no more than 30 years old
• A Bachelor’s degree or Master’s qualifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English
• Able to offer opinions and participate in team discussions
• A real self-starter - someone who is proactive and efficient on a daily basis
• Extremely well organized with attention to detail
• Excellent at processing information and compiling concise reports on a regular basis
• Highly proficient computer skills (Email, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.).

Specific Duties:

• TOEIC score of 850+
• General office administration to ensure all day-to-day office requirements are met
• Work with design, print and packaging suppliers
• Assist on Customer service and social media (answering comments, email, etc.)
• Assist with basic shipping tasks (creating shipping invoice, booking couriers, etc.)
• Data entry and processing (e.g. inputting invoices into accounting system);
• Translate documents and correspondence from Thai to English and English to Thai
• Liaise with various Thai Government entities, such as the BOI and the Ministry of Commerce
• Create presentations, documents, letters and reports
• Set up meetings
• Office supplies management (utilities, stationery, etc.)
• Answer phones, monitor emails and respond to all other forms of correspondence as appropriate
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required
• In-house training will be provided.
