Role Purpose

Service Engineers (Air Compressor) are responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of the company’s air compressors and related equipment. This role is primarily field-based, requiring onsite visits to customer locations to diagnose issues, perform repairs, and provide expert recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all service-related tasks for air compressors.
• Install and set up new machines to ensure proper operation.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and carry out necessary repairs.
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Prepare service reports to support claims and warranty processes.
• Recommend spare part replacements when necessary.
• Prepare documentation for recommended spare parts.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery with customer satisfaction and minimal complaints.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Knowledge of machinery engineering systems.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in service support, industrial maintenance, or similar roles.
• Proficient with hand and mechanical tools.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.

• Willingness to work overtime, overnight, and in remote locations.
