Senior Recruiter / Assistant Recruitment Manager

This role will use a combination of sourcing methods to proactively identify and engage passive and active talent to fill current and future openings at Areeya Property.
This position will work in collaboration with our Hiring Managers on the front end of the hiring process and will develop and execute talent sourcing and recruitment plans. This key role will support the recruiting process through utilizing the workforce plan, sourcing high caliber candidates, effective screening and interviewing.
- Understand and utilize the company workforce plan to proactively initiate sourcing opportunities.
- Develop effective recruiting strategies that include passive and active candidate sourcing and job postings.
- Build and maintain a candidate pipeline through various channels to ensure readily available candidate population based on anticipated needs.
- Create and maintain effective business relationships to facilitate on-going knowledge of changing business trends.
- Responsible for asking probing questions related to candidate's experience and answers to questions, when not enough information is provided or appears to be inconsistent.
- Monitor and provide qualitative and quantitative data to determine effectiveness of sourcing strategies.

- Ability to handle day to day HR operations and HR administration
