• Execute the social media strategy developed by the Strategist, including posting, scheduling, and community engagement..
• Maintain and update the shared content calendar..
• Draft captions and collaborate with design/video teams to prepare assets for publishing..
• Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages, and manage community engagement..
• Prepare performance reports and share insights with the Senior and W Team..
• Research trends, competitors, and best practices to support growth initiatives..
• Assist with the launch and management of social channels for the company s podcasts..
• Provide logistical and administrative support as needed..
• Support major events or projects outside of standard business hours, including occasional weekends..
• 2-3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing (internships welcome)..
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms..
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills..
• Good writing and communication skills - English & Thai are required..
• Basic understanding of social analytics and scheduling tools..
• Interest in learning and growing under experienced leadership..
• Willingness to work flexibly during events or high-priority projects.
