• Report directly to Managing Partner
• Lead team of analysts in executing projects
• Report, analyze, and distribute key support reports on given timeline
• Identify trends and developing strategies to overcome future trends.​
• Build and manage formal and dynamic customer.
• Deliver analysis with recommendations based on customer feedback and Support metrics to
• leadership
• Perform analysis and business case development, applying new conceptual frameworks and
• analytical approaches.
• Coordinate and execute secondary research, data collection and market/competitor analysis.
• Liaison between clients and support to provide strong representation and set proper client
• expectations.​ Develop communication process to ensure client interests are represented.​
• Ability to commit to tight deadlines and be proactive in your own accomplishments

• Bachelor degree in BBA/BE/Economics/Finance/Marketing or related fields
• Candidate must has self discipline and commitment to given timeline
• Strong attention to detail, logic, problem solving, written and inter-personal communication,
• presentation, and client-facing skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate
• significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Creative, enthusiastic and able to thrive in a team environment.
• 3-7 years of work experience as a Business Analyst or related services
• Comfortable with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Written skill for analysis report both in Thai and English
• Entrepreneurial spirit to grow together with the firm
