Job Purpose

To drive strategic initiatives, business transformation programs, and cross-functional projects that improve operational effectiveness and support organizational objectives.

This role serves as a bridge between Business Operations and Technology, working closely with stakeholders to manage projects, solve business challenges, improve processes, establish operational standards, and support the successful implementation of strategic initiatives.

This position supports enterprise-wide transformation and operational improvement initiatives by working closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and drive implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Project Management & PMO

Lead and manage strategic and cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation.

Act as the project owner for assigned initiatives, driving execution, stakeholder alignment, and project outcomes.

Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and project governance mechanisms to ensure effective delivery.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, dependencies, and implementation challenges, and drive timely resolution.

Analyze business challenges, evaluate alternatives, and recommend practical solutions to support business objectives.

• Business Transformation & Operational Excellence

Analyze business operations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and scalability.

Conduct process reviews, process mapping, and root-cause analysis to support operational improvement initiatives.

Lead and support business transformation projects from analysis through implementation.

Gather and document business requirements and translate them into practical solutions and implementation plans.

Develop and maintain SOPs, Work Instructions, and operational standards in collaboration with business stakeholders.

Drive process standardization, workflow optimization, and digital transformation initiatives across business functions.

• Change Management & Stakeholder Alignment

Build alignment across business functions to support successful project execution and transformation initiatives.

Drive adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.

Manage stakeholder expectations and foster collaboration across teams.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Operations Excellence, Strategy, Consulting, PMO, or related functions.

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and independently drive initiatives to completion.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and productivity tools.

Experience in business transformation, process improvement, operational excellence, or strategic project initiatives.

Exposure to ERP systems, enterprise applications, or workflow automation platforms.

Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or similar analytics tools.

Understanding of Agile methodologies and digital transformation initiatives.

Exposure to workflow automation, AI tools, or technology-enabled process improvement initiatives is an advantage.
