• รวบรวมเอกสารข้อมูลการรับสมัครในตำแหน่งที่ต้องการรับเพื่อประกาศผ่านช่องทางต่างๆ
• ติดต่อประสานงานกับบริษัทจัดหาคนภายนอกเพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ตำแหน่งงาน
• จัดทำเอกสารการสัมภาษณ์งาน
• ดำเนินการออกรับสมัครงาน เช่น งาน Job Fair, Open house ในสถานการศึกษา หรือกิจกรรมอื่นๆ
• งานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติของนักศึกษาฝึกงาน
• กำลังศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี กำลังศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 3-4 สาขาการบริหารงานทรัพยากรมนุษย์ บริหารธุรกิจ การจัดการ รัฐศาสตร์ สังคมศาสตร์ จิตวิทยา หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง (สาขาวิชาสหกิจไม่เปิดรับ)
• เพศชาย-หญิงเกรดเฉลี่ยสะสม 2.70 ขึ้นไป
• มีความสนใจงานบุคคลในด้านการสรรหาฯ และการติดต่อประสานงาน
• มีความประพฤติเรียบร้อยและมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
• สามารถใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ได้
