What we do:

A Senior Experience Designer creates engaging, user-centered digital experiences by designing smooth interactions and flows, structuring clear information architecture, solving complex problems with intuitive solutions, and effectively communicating design decisions—all while managing multiple projects with efficiency and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Building the interaction between elements of your design including animations and transitions. Good interactive content creates an engaging experience and can also help users understand things more clearly.
• Understanding and organizing your information flow and building information architecture and presents itself. Typically this would include site maps and the equivalent in a product. How we structure our information hierarchy and layout is integral to the users' success in achieving their goals or elevating their pains.
• Have a strong understanding of user flows. Be able to create detailed flowcharts that outline the steps users take to achieve their goals. Demonstrate the ability to break down complex flows into both high-level and granular levels of detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills to create products or services that meet user needs and are easy to use.
• Ability to explain your work to a colleague to understand the reason behind the design, also telling an effective story and knowing which part to leave out.
• Effective time management is essential for designers to balance multiple projects, and meet deadlines with high-quality work.

Required Qualifications (What we need) :

• Bachelor's degree In design, human-computer interaction, computer science, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer
• Proven experience As a Senior UX/UI Designer demonstrated through a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe, etc.
• Deep understanding of user experience principles, best practices, and design thinking methodologies.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of designers.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Agile: Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Technical Skill: Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
